The ideal solution would be to contact the former employee and obtain the user name and password so that you could gain access and change the contact email address. However, we know that this is not often the case. If you are no longer able to access your account and do not have a valid contact email address, then we will need you to fill out the Email Contact Change Form and send it in to us.
