Subject: Install SSL Certificate - What to do when it does not work
The following message was sent by our staff regarding the above subject:
When you've installed your SSL certificate and it doesn't work after 30 minutes, log into your Hosting Control Panel at http://www.controlpanel.com and go to Ecommerce => SSL Manager. Click "Disable", then reinstall. After you reinstall, send us an email with your domain name and we'll restart the Apache web server.
