Subject: Spam Filter - spam messages still getting through filter despite rules

If your spam filter is not bouncing messages that should be bounced according to your rules, please try the following:
1) Disable the spam filter for the mail account having the problem in the Email Manager, and then re-enable it.
2) Delete the term you are having a problem with from the spam filter rules, save changes, and then add the term again to the same rules it was deleted from, and once again, save changes.
In most cases, that will correct the problem. If it does not, please check your White List and Super White List to make sure the sender's address or the content of his or her message is not whitelisted.
