|I'm not one that usually writes testimonials, or even send in compliments on comment cards... but once in a while, I am blow away by the quality of service. Web Masters is worthy of me taking my time to write this.
You guys don't have a high enough option in your "How are we doing?" drop box. "Your Service is excellent" just doesn't do you all justice.
In this day and age of "Oh I don't care, its just an internet customer, they'll figure it out on their own".. You all stand head and shoulders above the rest.
Ive had VERY few issues that weren't self-induced - and all of my problems have been addressed by you... even if I caused it. Fast responses, a message center that is on top of things... If there is ever a service outage of any kind, the message center lets me know that you know and are working on it. And the one time there was an email server problem, and it wasn't on the message center, in the 5 minutes it took for me to send you an email from another account, and receive your reply, it was already fixed and your reply explained what happened and told me it was fixed.
How many companies do you know of, that responds to a service problem, ON CHRISTMAS DAY? Web Masters does... I was out of town, on a Motel ISP/WiFi and could not send emails via POP/SMTP. Turned out to be an ISP/Firewall issue with that connection. A couple emails and some port changes later, I was sending emails... just before I sat down to Christmas Dinner.
Honestly, I can't believe the customer support and service that I get from you all... it seems to defy the natural order of society. Keep it up. I can't say enough good about Web Masters. I've been astonished with the service from day one, and the longer I use them, the service just gets better and better.
My main experiences have been with John and Sterling. AWESOME PEOPLE!! Willing to help, listen to the problem, and fix it.

|Jennie Harrington is the person that has taken care of our account every since Studio City has started our web site back 4-6 years ago. Jennie is very responsive when returning phone calls. Jennie is very knowledgeable when taking care of problems plus helping in transfers of pass codes and such to our new web guys, and making sure the site is secure. I really don't know how Jennie has worked for your company but she is sure one I would keep. Besides being very helpful Jennie is very friendly and personable as well.

Much to my surprise I recieved a call concerning my question within 10-15 minutes. My question was fully answered in detail, and the rep/tech was very knowledgable and helpful. |My access provider changed their upstream network provider and I suddenly lost SMTP service to my mail server. POP was fine and, having seen this before, Immediately contact my access company and complained about blocking port 25. He indicated that it wasn't them it was my hosting company. After several frustrating days of back and forth I submitted a ticket and almost immediately received a response with a suggestion to change my SMTP port number. Did that and everthing was beautiful.
